Please be aware as you plan your Spanish studies at Duke that a Book License Code is valid for 6 or 12 months upon activation. Please purchase a license that will cover the entire semester or summer session, so that it doesn’t expire before the conclusion of the course.

Example 1: if you take Spanish 203 in summer session 1, and Spanish 204 in the fall semester, then the most economical option is to purchase a 12-month license.

Example 2: if you take Spanish 101 in the fall semester and Spanish 102 in the spring semester, then the most economical option is to purchase a 12-month license.

Example 3: if you start your Spanish studies at Duke in Spanish 204, then the most economical option is to purchase a 6-month license.

Your Book License Code is NOT available for sale at your local college bookstore.

Your Book License Code will be delivered to your email upon purchase of the digital books.

Do not purchase until you are sure of your placement in the correct class.

Ensure you are buying the correct book. Book License Codes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
